Return Period: You can make a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Orders older than 30 days cannot be returned.
Item Condition: Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. All returned products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or invoice).
Items Not Accepted for Return: The following items cannot be returned:
Opened and used skin care products and cosmetics (for hygiene and safety).
Gift cards and electronics.
Discounted or promotional items (unless due to quality issues). - Return Process

Prepare your return package: Please package your return item in its original packaging (including any included instructions or gifts) and make sure it is not damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service to return your item so you can track the status of your package.

Processing a refund: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming that it is eligible for return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the item does not meet the return requirements, the refund may be denied.
